Believe the very moderate reviews.
Had my third dinner at Giada this past Saturday and it will be the last, as one does not need to spend money on mediocre restaurants in Vegas.
The problems are that the food lacks a degree of care in ensuring that what is put on the plate is worthy of a high end restaurant.
Shrimp Cocktail starter: Nice large portion, but the shrimps were originally overcooked, and then either frozen or held for a long time in water, as there was minimal flavor to the flesh of the shrimp.
Lobster Ravioli: Very bland, slightly overcooked and just not something one would look forward to.
Lemon Spaghetti: Again a super bland shrimp is used as the protein in this dish and is of the quality you might expect from an Olive Garden.
Dessert (can't remember name but it is like a Pavlova with merengue): Really chewy merengue and did not have that crunchy consistency one would want to have.
In each of the three times I have been in three years, the quality of the food has consistently decreased. Unless the owners of this restaurant take steps to improve quality and change the menu around a bit, as it is getting stale, this restaurant will likely not be here much longer.
