  • Medical Doctors, Nurses & Receptionists are rude, arrogant, and disrespectful toward their patients. Never had a positive experience at this medical clinic/urgent care unit. The staff behave very unprofessional and it's just a total shock due to the unprofessionalism they are still in operation. For example, Dr. Petcho and rest of the staff members are totally incompetent and behave very unethical in a medical emergency environment. This so called, "Medical Clinic" doesn't even deserve my 1Star rating.
