  • Consistently delicious food. Good service. Fun atmosphere. Nice location. The chips are thin, warm and crispy and the salsa is fresh, yummy and has a little kick but not too spicy or salty at all. I love their shredded beef chimichangas. Soooooo good. They come with white cheese sauce poured all over them and they're loaded with mostly just the beef which is super flavorful and juicy but not wet. The rice is good too! Nothing fancy but mild and nicely seasoned. My husband gets their burritos and hasn't found one yet that he didn't enjoy. Oh and their side of guacamole is perfection. No jalapeños! Yay! Just fresh sweet onion, lime, salt and Cilantro. Just how I love it. We went at 1:00 on a Saturday and it was dead. Come on peeps. Don't let this place close down. They also have outdoor seating! Keep up the good work, Cuco's!
