  • This place is fine and the employees are pleasant. But I will never go back here again. My regular pedicure and gel manicure took 3 hours and I am used to it taking under 2 hours at my regular nail place. Additionally, they over charged me by $10. They were running a special with a mani/pedi for $40 and an additional $20 for gel nails. My daughter and I both had the same thing but my daughter had some glitter added to her nails. After we were done, they charged me $140.00 and another $2.00 credit card convenience fee. When I pointed out it should be $130 the nail tech argued with me and tried to make it seem like I didn't understand simple math. Then I spoke to the owner who tried to do the same thing. I had to show her the advertised special on her own company's website for her to refund my $10.00. Now, $10.00 is not a big deal, but it's insulting to be treated that way. I don't like that they are not honest about their prices and try to pretend like they don't know about their own advertised specials. Sorry, I took myself and my daughter to my regular place, Nina Nails, last month and I only paid $100.00 for the same thing and I was actually treated with respect.
