  • Stay as far away from this place as possible. All the property managers are incredibly rude, and no one calls you back. I had an issue with my sink, called to place a work order and was told someone would contact me. I waited 2 days then called back with no answer! Finally got ahold of them and they just gave me a vendor phone #. This "vendor" was beyond rude. Telling me how I was inconveniencing him, how inconsiderate I was to ask that my sink (that was flooding all over my kitchen) be fixed etc. I called century 21 back asking if anyone else was available, and I was willing to wait a few days as this man made me very uncomfortable. Told me no, and I couldn't file a complaint as it was "not their problem" and this was the vendor they used and I could pay out of pocket to have someone else come out. Every contact I've ever had with this place has been horrible
