  • Eloff and his team were awesome and easy to work with. Being an out-of-town seller of a home in Henderson, it was important for me to find someone who could help me get the house ready for sale and provide local knowledge on the Henderson area real estate market. I actually found Eloff from Yelp, and after a quick call, felt very comfortable with him serving as my agent. Eloff is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with sound advice that proved instrumental to me getting the house sold at full market value. During the sales and house spruce up process, Eloff laid out different sales strategies that included investing monies upfront to improve the condition of the property versus selling the house in it's current "as-is" condition at a lesser price. Ultimately, we went the route to spruce up the property and Eloff took care of finding qualified contractors at very reasonable rate and scheduled all the work and walk-throughs -- which was extremely valuable to me being an out-of-state seller. Eloff was always very timely with his communications and I never felt out of touch during the sales process. Highly recommend this very knowledgeable and attentive agent!
