  • BEWARE - even in Emergency situations this company doesn't even care. I wish there was no stars. I had a major accident and have been in the hospital for weeks. I have a major conference that is in 3 weeks that I will not be able to go to due to surgery and recovery. I am devastated enough about that but when I called to explain my situation she said oh well. We can't refund you. I had to cancel for a medical emergency... and Wouldn't let me talk to a manager and refused to give her name as well. She was incredibly rude. Extremely unprofessional and seeing as I go each year for a week - and so do thousands of others for this conference they will be losing quite a bit of business. Well congrats, you got a $1,000 from me and just lost hundreds of thousands from future business. Great Company.
