Worst customer service ever. Not even a single high level manager knows how to speak with a customer. They were so rude and not at all polite when speaking to me. I went to the gateway chevrolet to buy a camaro. When i bargained the price to an amount and told them i will take it in a week as the loan check takes time, they made me sign all the papers and said ok deal is done you can pay in a week but this is your car...i said ok not a problem... But from next day they kept on calling and started saying if you dont pay the money today the price will change..or you better take the finance at us which was double the APR from the other bank.They changed all the deals and price of the car i enquired about....they created 100 other problems and gave me a hard time throughout my purchase process....i felt auto nation was way better in dealing with the customer...
on the positive side ..One of the sale person(alfhonso) i spoke to was sensible and friendly...
