  • This place is great, but it's not a cafe. There's food and all, but cafe is not the right vibe for it. It's definitely the dive bar from the Platonic world of forms and i half don't want to review it for the idea that a yelp interested crowd might ruin it, still, If i could help get them any business I would since the people i bumped into there were super nice. Anyway, i came by on a particularly cold early November saturday night, I happened to be sick but I needed to wait a couple hours for a friend to let me into their place. So i showed up and got a beer and watched the basketball game on the screen. Bartender was nice, never pressured me to buy any more or get out or anything and didn't say anything about the bags I was carrying. Ended up getting a bag of Herr's and a red cherry soda too. Brand I never saw before, but great choices. Game was okay, then the bar tender turned on the pens and it was a great time. Not a huge crowd that night, probably on account of the sudden cold, but regardless great bar.
