I've taken my dog here since we got him 2 years ago. Tried somewhere else and didn't like the job they did as well so i came back, even though it was more expensive. Had my dog groomed on a fri and all weekend he kept shaking his head & pawing at his ear. I looked in it sun night and it was crusty w/ dried blood. I took him to the vet mon morning for a possible ear infection. The vet asked if he had been groomed recently, it looked like something happened from "ear plucking" (never even heard of that or knew they did that). She also noticed razor burn near is privates. She prescribed an antihistamine for the swelling and a topical for the ear and private area as well as antibiotic so it didn't get infected. I very politely went to my groomers to show them what had happened and showed them my vet bill. They apologized & said the owner or manager would call. Just got a call saying they called the vet and since the receptionist couldn't find anything in her notes saying anything about the groomers, there was no proof and nothing they would do except upgrade my next grooming?! I nicely explained I wasn't looking for them to pay my vet bill but hoped they would at least credit me for the grooming. Nope. I explained I had been a customer for years and they didn't really care if they lost my business. HORRIBLE customer service. DONT take your pet here, their new groomers don't know what they're doing & the owners don't care.
