rev:text	I am very picky about my pizza! Most are good while they are piping hot but once they cool down.. yuck! This pizza has got to be one of the best I've ever had. If you like a thinner crust you have to try this place! I don't know why more places don't offer ricotta as a pizza topping. It is amazing! It's somewhat the texture of goat cheese with out the funky after taste. White, red, pesto.. all of the combinations are delicious!
