  • I live in the area so I've frequented this location hundreds of times and it's always been pretty decent. However, recently the service has become very slow. I think that they are understaffed and this causes people to have to wait a long time to place their order and then wait even longer to receive it. The wait is especially long if you're ordering food, and they don't always prepare it correctly. I think that they should consider hiring more employees, until then I might not frequent this location as much because I do not want to wait that long just for my coffee.
