  • These guys are plain horrible: both the sales and service. They sold be a certified car that has a dozen issues. I have taken multiple trips to fix the vehicle and each time they say they are unable to reproduce them or accept its a defect. Their service manager Earl Gould has terrible leadership skills and doesn't know how to talk to treat their customers. I asked them to take a test drive with me and they refused to come for a test drive with their engineering team. I was thinking initially to buy another car from won't ever go to them again.
