  • Got the Date Night package, $70 for two people. I believe you're given 45 mins for the session. The amount of stuff they give you for two people is not a lot though so be prepared to purchase more things. Although that's part of the fun! The room is small, and we were only two people. Not sure if they have a bigger room (there seemed to be only one designated Rage Room) for a group of 4, but with just us two, one person has to tuck themselves away to avoid glass flying at them, or the other person hitting them by accident. Karyn, the girl who assisted us was very friendly, informative, and quirky. Liked her energy and vibe. She gave us the gear (flimsy body suit cover with a hood, large gloves, face mask), showed us the tools we were using to break things (two short dented baseball bats, and two crowbars), the basket of things we could break, some tips and warnings, and that they record the sessions. It took around 10-15 minutes to break everything we were given in our original package. We went out to get another printer in addition to two Rage Boosters which included a large variety of small and medium items. I was pleased that we actually got more than 45 minutes but ended up not using all of it since we were exhausted and sweaty. I would advise bringing your own water or beverages because you will be dying of thirst afterwards. A change of clothes would be good, as if you are doing this for 45 plus minutes straight, swinging full force in an enclosed, non-ventilated area, with some full body suit and face gear, you will sweat through all your clothing. It was an icky ride taxi ride back to our hotel with our shirts clinging to our back. Afterwards, we cooled off, settled our outstanding balance, and gave our USB so Karyn could transfer the video to us. (It was a lot of fun watching it later on!) She also offered us a small little freezie/ice pop to help us cool off. Website is very user friendly, with an extensive FAQ page, and online booking/cancellations are super fast and easy. Excellent customer service with their emails. Response in less than 5 minutes, very informative, very friendly/energetic/cheerful. Answered my questions clearly. Not sure if/when I'll come back, but an experience I was glad to have.
