  • I had Penguin Air come out and do a tune up on my AC unit. Unfortunately, I have to get it replaced. The person who was out here made everything sound worse than it was (I had a few other people come out this afternoon and take a look) and quote me almost $9,000 for an a/c in a townhouse. He said he wasn't going to bother looking at the other half of my other unit outside because it wasn't worth his time. Instead of give me a formal quote, he jotted down a number then started taking random percentages off and wrote his number. It was very unprofessional and I felt like they were trying to sell me. I had gotten a referral to Penguin, so I was disappointed this is how things turned out. I will not use them again.
