  • I'm currently sitting at obi and it's literally been an hour I've been waiting to get started on. No one told me there was a wait, nor did they check up on or apologize for waiting. Not after 20, not after 30, just about at 50 min of waiting, they finally said something. Idk about this place anymore. It's unfortunate cause this is my go-to nail salon. I would have at least liked communication that it would be a little until I could be taken care of.
