  • scam artists!Told me I needed a new heat exchanger for my furnace because of cracks.When I called to get estimates they sent out the same tech who looked at my unit and suddenly wanted to sell me a new furnace AND a new air conditioner!I had my friend who owns his own plumbing and AC business take a look and found no cracks and not only that but the furnace wasn't even opened or inspected!Phil from Yes is a con man and this is being reported to the Better Business Bureau
