  • I needed a screen replacement and they said about 30 mins- 1 hr and they would call when it's done. It was now 1.5hrs and I just went down there to get my phone and they were still working on it. Said they ran into a problem. So I get home and my home button wasn't working like it should so I brought it back and they tried to fix it in 5 mins but they said they needed longer, so here we go again having to drop my phone off. And now a few weeks later another feature on my phone isn't working! I don't trust taking it back to them to fix again, now I'm just screwed!
