I remember going to this museum when it used to be in a different location. When my younger brother was in town, we decided to pop in for nostalgia sake.
So, I should also mention that if you go without having a child, they do ask to hold your ID. Since my brother and I are big kids and we did not have any little ones with us, they held on to my ID. It is unfortunate that it is a process but I am happy that there are measures in place to protect kids from predators.
After we were stamped in, we then lost about 2 hours exploring the different areas in the museum. My personal favorite was the hurricane machine. My hair did not appreciate it.
I feel like we agreed that the previous place had a few more sciency-type exhibits that we did not see but it had been so long, I could not even tell you what they were. Overall, I will be bringing my nieces and future kids here for a fun day of learning!
