  • A perfectly good sushi place if you happen to work in the area. I probably wouldn't head out of my way but given the fact that I'm a vegetarian and pretty limited in what I can have sushi wise, that's sort of a given. I've dined in a couple of times and grab it for takeout on occasion when I feel like something different. Sit down service is about the same as most places, service is attentive and they'll usually give you some edamame beans or something (on the house) to munch on while you wait. The place is a little cozy but nice. My take out choice (basically my only option) is their vegetarian futomaki lunch special ($8.95). You get 8 generously sized pieces along with a particularly good miso soup and one of those little Japanese salads they always give you. Pretty standard for downtown and again, the quality of the ingredients is good and the roll well done. Friendly, fast and tasty. Win, win, win.
