Amateur hour at the dry bar.
Scheduled an appointment online and when I walked up they didn't even realize they had appointments booked because they just thought I was a walk in. Please make sure to ask customers if they've scheduled or are a walk and check the books.
When going into the wash room the person doing my hair didn't put the bowl down enough so when she sprayed the water on my head it went all over the front of my shirt, wasn't even offered a towel to clean it up or anything.
Side note: you guys should offer covers like a robe for the washroom and while you're getting your hair done.
When styling my hair, it kept getting caught in the brush and they yanked my hair. I'm a blowout model for other hair salons and the quality isn't there. My hair is coarse so when you blow dry you focus at the base not the ends and when round brushing you keep your brush flowing and not yanking and tangling hair. My hair ended up being really frizzy which doesn't happen with a normal blowout I get at my local salon. While I was getting my hair done I saw another lady doing another girls hair and all of it was stuck in a hot mess on her brush. You should make sure that these people are properly trained and know how to actually round brush before throwing them on the floor. Normally blow outs last 4 days with my hair texture, but this only last one day.
