  • We came here for our family staycation.... With in only 3 hours of being at the hotel we were stopped by security. He rudely asked our name and room number. Completely ruined our staycation! Head of security couldn't answer why and gave a phony excuse why we were asked. Customer service sucks here!! The rooms are nice and the pools are amazing! Too bad it's all ruined! DONT STAY HERE if you expect friendly courteous staff. Ann- I did contact head of security and manager. Still no apology and we still had unpleasant time
