  • !!!!Avoid this shop at all cost!!!!! Took my mom's car to this shop a few weeks ago to have the ruff idle fixed with a check engine light on. They called later that day and quoted me 475 to fix the problem, I gave them the ok. The next day I was called and told it was fixed. I went to pick it up asked if I could take it for a test drive and they would not let me until I paid in full but now the total was over $900. Since they wouldn't give me the call until I paid I had no option but to pay. When driving the car back to my moms house for her that day it started doing the same thing again no power, and the check engine light came on again. The car had only been driven 5 miles at that point. I took the car to another shop to see what error codes were coming up. Go figure same as before and the problem remained. Spoke to the shop over the phone a few times and in person to try to resolve and perhaps get it fixed properly. The shop owner said well you drove it off the lot so we cant do anything, my reply was "since you wouldn't give me the keys or allow a test drive before I paid, I not sure how i would have known. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint with the BBB ad my credit card company. Avoid this shop if possible.
