  • Stay far far away. If i could give negative stars i would. Moved in 4 months ago. Nothing but problems. Wish we had only done a 6 month contract. Worst decision of our lives. I posted previously about a construction issue. Manager called very rude. Told me that they will not compensate us that they have no need to tell us what they are doing or when it will end. They have the right to do it as long as they need. Currently. There is a leak under the sink. It is making the apartment smell horrible. The wood is rotten and stinky. The water is leaking outside the apartment and the trim on the wall behind the dishwasher is yellow stained. Contacted them on 8/21 about the issue and a few other minor issues. They asked when i would be home 8/22. I said after 12. I waited at home. About 3pm i asked where they were and she said it could be anytime. I gave permission for them to enter if im not home. I came home and noticed nothing was done. Called 8/23. The woman told me they have 48 hours to do it. Someone shows up at 4:45 to "take a look" sees the leak and says hes going to fix it. At 5 he calls the manager and says he'll be working late on the issue. He left at 5:20 and never cane back. 8/24 called and left a message asking why they didnt fix the issue. Now they unhooked the dishwasher so we cant use that either. No call back even though i left a number. Boyfriend went to get our key cards activated and asked "oh theyll fix it" they come when he's leaving, no one told us what they did or if they were doing anything. We came back home and nothing had been done. No information on this whatsoever. 8/25 called again left voicemail angry about this not being resolved and no contact whatsoever from this complex. We pay for this service. It needs to ve fixed. No call back. No information. 8/26 called again (i work 12 hour shifts otherwise i would have gone and talked to someone) i am beyond angry now. Have asked to talk to someone higher than the rude manager previously. Response. "Um no. I get my orders from the owner and thats that". Run far far far away. If we could sue them at this point we would. We are so done
