The Hampton Inn would have gotten more stars if their suite rooms had better pull out couch beds. I reserved a suite for a friend's birthday and ended up having to sleep on the pull out bed. This was like sleeping on knives. It was awful. I had the WORST night of sleep ever. I probably would have slept better in a motel 6. The hotel itself was not bad. The staff was friendly, the happy hour bar was decent, the rooms were clean and the valet parking was convenient. However, Hampton Inn needs to get rid of those awful couch pull out beds and replace them. I never complain but this was unacceptable. It was so bad that I don't feel I should have been charged at all. Very disappointed. Save your money. DO NOT GET A SUITE! Also, if you get a room next to the elevators consider your stay ruined. All I heard all night was the elevators going up and down up and down up and down. I wanted to scream!
