  • This repair company was dispatched via the property management company and due to the horrible customer service I received on the phone, the job was cancelled. A ghetto receptionist who talks to customers disrespectfully should NEVER be tolerated. I hung up on her because she was so beyond stupid and so rude. Yes, she got offended. They were rudely unwilling to to cooperate on the issue and could not do the repair within a reasonable time window. There was confusion on their part as to who would be paying the service fee (that's the property management company, idiots. NOT the tenant). NEVER AGAIN. Go with All Desert Appliances if you want excellent service and people who talk to you and your tenants politely!!! Don't tolerate unprofessional nonsense. Period.
