  • I had a wonderful experience at this store with the assistance from a young girl (I think her name was Tonya). This young girl finally fixed my problem after I went to five different Verizon stores over the last 4 months, with the same problem and being blown off each time when the guy makes a few clicks and says "your phone is fine. I went into this store to cancel my Verizon service and switch to another carrier. Tonya assured me the problem will be resolved. She took her time, removed the back cover, cleaned everything with alcohol wipes and discovered all I needed was a new sim card. My phone has been working great ever since. I was fortunate to get her assistance because she was knowledgeable, professionals and personable.
