i've taken 3 classes and all of them have been fun, education, and if you can believe it, inspirational. the produce is fresh, the instructors are skilled and the work stations are well-equipped.
the store below is also full of nice cookware. you can buy calphalon stuff elsewhere (the bay, william sonoma, etc.), but the service you get at their own store is excellent. i think i was talking with jane. she's extremely helpful.
