  • I scheduled an appointment with Howard Air for an estimate on a new unit for my town home. I was referred by a co-worker I asked for a referral after having a not-so-great experience with another company. Being new in town and a single female can be difficult at times to get good service. The sales consultant from Howard Air was Gary Leader and let me tell you he was TERRIFIC! On time, clean cut, explained everything to me in detail, even when I asked 2nd grade questions, he never got impatient. If Gary is any indication of the rest of employees at Howard Air this company is a real find. I will be calling them back when I'm ready to purchase a new unit!
