  • Either computer system, staff or both are incompetent. I put in a to go order online for the second and last time I will be ordering. Last time they didn't even start the order until I arrived at my pickup time. This time after placing my order I called to be sure it was received first they couldn't find it, then asked if i was sure I placed it to their store (I got the number from the bottom of the order) and I finally asked for a manager who also couldn't find it, then went to the kitchen and saw they had it. Picked it up, they had made one of the burgers wrong, all of the appetizers were overcooked and burgers and fries were soggy. This will be the last visit there, they are awful. No wonder this place is always almost empty.
