  • I found Showtime after being told the airport had no shuttle service last years in Sept, shuttle came within minutes, return was great too, however this time was different on Sept 26, 2014. We paid for round-trip service at the window like before, the attendant stated that it would be 30 min, we said no problem. Twenty min had already past, another customer approached the curve side personnel for arrival time for the same shuttle ride and was told twenty min, how could that be. Two Showtime shuttles came and went until about an hour later ours finally came, return trip to airport you had to call twenty hour advance for pickup, we called to find out why the delay for pick up the operator was snappy saying we had to give the driver ten minute grace period, they were late twenty min and still had to pick someone up from MGM. I should have listen to the other reviews realizing things have changed, SUPER SHUTTLE had at four to five shuttles that past each time, we'll use them next year for sure. Sorry just keeping it REAL Showtime.
