First off, this is the epitome of a "no frills" used car lot, but there was no high pressure sales pitch. The vehicle was as advertised, Jeff was easy to work with, and our all cash transaction went smoothly.
I purchased a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe over a year ago and I've been very happy with the vehicle. I've put over 14K miles on it in 13 months -- miles I didn't put on my beloved sports coupe. For the price and mileage, I knew the Santa Fe would need some work. I reasoned that I'd rather pay my own mechanic to do the repairs and know they've been completed (and done right), than to pay more money for a newer model with fewer miles.
Do your research ahead of time and have a reliable mechanic inspect any used vehicle prior to purchase.
