  • I don't know how to rate a place like Hobby Lobby but I was extremely impressed with the customer service of the Stores. I found the perfect Christmas tree and went to multiple locations to find it. Everywhere I called, I was greeted and made to feel like I was the most important customer. Some folks even asked for my return number in order to call me back if one of my trees showed up. Some called, some didn't but the point is that the store has a large selection of items so rating this is purely based on customer service and it was a 5 of 5!
