  • I wish to commend Rosi of Chapman Ford in Scottsdale at AutoMall. We brought in our 2017 Explorer Sport because the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Rosi not only got us right in, but she saw to it that our a/c was repaired, and replaced our battery which was leaking acid unbeknownst to us. Rosi also had our oil changed, and rotated our tires! This was unbelievable! We are very pleased with the service at Chapman Ford, and the friendly people they employ. Rosi always takes good care of us whenever we take our Explorer in for service, or for any other reason. Thank you!! Mike and Jan, Anthem, AZ
