  • My wife took me to the ER here early this morning. I was in horrible pain due to muscle cramping of my chest, stomach and especially back. I could not even stand up straight at the check in, where there was no chair to sit nor any concern by the staff that I was in pain at all. I was checked in with no privacy as the area is just a few feet from the waiting area. This is unacceptable. The nurse, Jessica, that helped me was really good, but the PA, Sarah, that eventually saw me was rude, uncaring, and didn't even go through the motions of doing any kind of physical exam. She just simply said that the blood work had come back normal and made me feel badly for even coming to the ER rather than go my PCP. My Dr is not available on Saturday that's why I came HERE. I was given a Valium and sent home. I am still in the same amount of pain as when I got up this morning but am $100 poorer though, since that was my co-pay for this joke called an ER.
