  • They were very polite but the service was rushed- so much that you're not able to even enjoy the experience. It was supposed to be 90 minutes but I was up and dressed at about 65 minutes- which is kind of brutal if you're expecting the full hour and a half. No explanation was made by them either. The service (back treatment and "facial") was alright. Again, nothing was really done long or well enough to really enjoy it BUT I can think of a million worse ways to spend a day. For the facial, especially- I was literally poked twice on the face and that was considered to be the extraction. I felt like they just lobbed cream and oil and cream and oil all over me time and time again with no real explanation of it all. Even with an hour (although I paid for 90 mins) that's plenty of time to really get in there and work things. There was also supposed to be an exfoliation of some sort either on the back or the face- but I don't recall receiving this at all unless it was one of the many soft lotions or oils that was slathered on me.
