  • UH-MAZING! I made the reservation before arriving to ensure a table and time. I am looking at the menu and trying to make sense of it, and the waiter walks up, "We want to ensure your experience at Nobu is a food adventure and we are able to create a custom menu for you if you give me a price point".... *speechless* and then gave him a number, ordered my Yamazaki (Japanese whiskey) cocktail and sat back. The FOOD ADVENTURE was absolutely delicious. I cannot even name everything because I am pretty sure they were not all on the menu, but i took some pictures of stuff. Some of the stuff was: +Tofu and tuna tartare on a crisp cracker +Hearts of palm with jalapeno soy and mirin sauce +Palate cleaner which was a spoon with a grapefruit granita, lemon sorbet and fresh blueberry +Hot tofu in a spicy oil and asian broccoli +Veggie sushi and California rolls Then they were cool enough to bring me a chocolate molten cake with ice cream and a sweet message =) It was amazing (Kanye West song voice) If you have some extra change to drop and want an amazing meal, then drop in or make a reservation. I will be back!
