  • We have purchased our furniture only from Ashley for the last 8 years. Their products are great and beautiful. Customer service is exceptional as well. They always call and follow up with you to ensure that you are satisfied. If there is anyway wrong upon delivery, they sent a technician out for the repair and if you still not happy, they replace the item and follow up again with you. Billing has never been wrong with them. I took a star off because of the long delivery wait time and because we had to touch up the walls that the installers scratched when they moved the furniture items in.
