I volunteered here and I would say I appreciate the work of the staffs here. I was on memory floor (3 and 4). I spent a good 8 hours per day here. Throughout the day, the residents usually have breakfast, sit and watch TV, have lunch, sit and watch TV, then have dinner, and then sit and watch TV some more. There isn't much stimulation going on for these residents, which I don't think is good for their memory loss conditions. Some residents (2-3 per floor) get taken out to lunch, and some get taken out for a walk to local businesses. It sounds like the resident from other floors like this place. I've eating the food here and they were pretty good. There is housekeeping. Just to be fair, if you're complaining about how bad the place is... You must be doing a better job. So why not do it yourself?
