  • I made two purchases at this store and each experience was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first time I was deciding between some all leather purses for my wife. I had two ladies help me with the decision and sort out my concerns based on my research of the items. The second purchase was a woman's leather wallet. Again, I had good service and one of the ladies who helped me with my first purchase months ago greeted me with a big smile and asked how my wife liked the leather bag. They didn't have the colour wallet I was looking for in store but ordered it for me. It took about a week to arrive. I like that they can do the transaction via handheld devices (retrofitted iPhones). The items are nicely wrapped by people in the back. This is an example of good customer service that other retailers can learn from.
