I asked to put an item on hold because I had walked over with the tot in a stroller.
Marion at the Customer Serice Desk nastily said, I don't have room for this here.' (Although this is not my problem) I asked politely, 'Is there somewhere else I should take this if I want it on hold?' She said 'no.'
Wow. I am amazed how many people treat customers like 'crap' at this store. It says a lot about a company that keeps them employed. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review - I worked in retail (Simons) and customer service (numerous offices).
I went back at 9:20 to pick up my bird bath and the staff could not locate it. They offered me no help at the customer service desk. So I left.
If you want to deal with snarky, nasty employees this is the place to go. It must be crappy for the employees that are nice (only a few). Since I shop there every other day, I am considering returning everything I have purchased from there.
Thank you London Drugs for the crappy shopping experience.
The people down the street (Fairmount & Heritage) at Shoppers are really nice. I should go there and so should you.
