| - ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE RESTAURANTS FOR SERVICE!!!!!! This is what I put on my "check in status" when I arrived there, I got there at 7:30 on time for my reservation and didn't get seated for my table until 7:45pm. The staff asked me twice if I wanted to seat outside and both times I said yes that's what I put down for my reservation ... I don't like to repeat myself! The manager had to ask his hostess if we had reservations or if we were walk ins and I was seating right next to him when he said it. "He blew me off" and finally we out there and cleaned off my table and didn't say anything when he walked in till I got in front of him and asked him are we good to seat down it's been fifteen mins he said yes with an attitude! Restaurant etiquette usually states if you have a reservation and your on time, you should be seated at your table on time and no questions ask! Now for "THE BIG PART" so I took my gfs parents out for this restaurant for my gfs dad "Early Fathers Day" Dinner... on my side I was wanting to impress and make sure when I wow someone or somebody of that importance, shit should be on point! But it wasn't, when we sat down... we ordered our food at 7:55pm, and we didn't get our food until 8:45pm, almost a Fucking hour!!! it's funny everyone else looked and felt like they waited a long time as well. The other funny part is the manager recognize these things for those ppl and cut their checks in half. Not ONCE did he come to our table say how the food is or the service... he avoided me/us. Luckily the food was Very good, best Carne Adovada I've ever had. So that's why I'm giving this place a star cause honestly the service FUCKING RUINED it!!! And to top it off I talked with the manager after we ate and told him 3 things... HORRIBLE Service, Waited an Hour on Our Food, and thank god your food was good cause I was about to take my business somewhere else. And I also told him I don't want a discount even though we deserve it just like everyone else you greeted and gave it too for the Shitty service!!! Had to be upfront as a Man and as someone who paid 168.00$ on dinner because there ain't NO WAY I was gonna leave without saying anything. Sooo if anyone with "HIGHER POWER" from that restaurant reads this, I hope you understand and realize that someone that wanted good service, DID NOT WHATSOEVER get any of that. I am sooo disappointed and this is the WORST REVIEW I have ever gave a restaurant. Everyone else that reads this, take this all with a grain of salt and prepare yourself for these things if your thinking of coming here.
