  • I have been coming to this salon off and on for years. I have always had a great experience up until my last visit. I got a full set of acrylics and the first thing that was of annoyance was the nail tech asking if I was ready when I clearly was still choosing a color. I fet rushed even though there was only one other customer in there. Through my whole nail process I felt the service was quite underwhelming. I felt the technician was quite rough and I left with cuts on two fingers. This has never happened to me before. Secondly, I got sparkly tips and on some nails the polish is visibly raised higher, appearing chunky. I had to inform her that there was a part between the tip polish and the base color that was CLEAR aka no polish. She " fixed " this by making the tip part wider than the base color, which is not cute. Lastly the shaping was not the best as you can see the side of my thumb was sticking out. I have filed it down myself since then. I feel bad making this negative review because I have loved this place for so long, but I just found this experience incredibly displeasing. Don't think I would get acrylics here again.
