  • Almost three years later and it's still gets a 5 star rating from me. My favorite pair of sunglasses broke. I used them frequently for any outdoor activity, cycling, boot camps, hiking, kayaking, etc. I had them for a couple years so I did feel like I got my money's worth and wanted to see what other options they had. Initially, Miguel helped with a couple in the case but the current version of the breast cancer edition wasn't exactly what I was looking for. As I was leaving, I walked by the register and wanted to know if they could check the system to see if by chance they were still under warranty. There was no way to do that but when I showed her a picture of my sunglasses she said they actually had them in the back! Casey, who I believe was the manager authorized the exchange and I'm a happy customer! Also a lot of the sports glasses at the outlet are the ones currently in their regular stores just at a discounted price.
