  • What company would pay for negative reviews. That's why they're often more telling. My oil change turned into plenty of dripped oil on the driveway and under the car, as well as a new oil pan and weeks of follow ups. I thought this was an auto "repair" shop. They got 2 stars since they offered me a free oil change for my trouble. However, I've not been back, and don't believe I'll come back since I really don't more of the same.
