  • If you want to be nickled and dimed to death, this is the place for you. They charge you for utilities they leave on for an entire month before you even move in. Paid $180 in gas bills for 27 days of occupancy. Ditto on electric. My rent is not actually the $1,300 per month I thought it would be. With all the Gables add-ons (things homeowners pay, not renters); this month's rent bill was $1,528 and I still had to add in electric and gas. Huge ripoff. Plus, who does not love being awoken EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING BY THE DOG BARKING INCESSANTLY IN Unit 1092, just below my bedroom window!Cannot wait to buy home and move out. And, half my windows do not properly close, causing the utility bills to soar even higher. I cannot open two of them, and two others do not properly close. Gable made a poor attempt to fix them unsuccessfully and left them still inoperable. The seals on the double pane windows are ineffective, and sound from streets is very loud. Not what I had in mind when I rented here. Find another complex.
