  • Austin cleaned my carpets 3 rooms, a hall, and stairs. It turned out great, but he himself was not very professional when he first showed up he came to the door on a personal phone call with his brother, while he was cleaning he again called his brother and started yelling at him for the entire phone call. He also made a comment when he first came in about how good looking I was which made me feel very uncomfortable, it wasn't professional. Overall great customer service on the phone I would use them again I would just request someone else to come.
