Yay! A closer AYCE lunch buffet for me. The food was pretty good. Chicken tikka masala was juicy and not as dry as everyone stated. The sauce was a bit spicy, but flavorful and I got used to the spice. The tandoori chicken is one of the best in town, and I've been to more than a handful of AYCE Indian buffets. The rice was fresh and fluffy. The naan (I got plain,) was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The chicken curry was a bit dry (not crazy,) but the sauce was tasty. They had a couple veggie dishes and all were pretty good. I didn't see any samosas or spinach paneer, but that's not going to stop me from coming back.
Even the gulag jamun was rich and delicious in a heavier sugar syrup.
The owner kept checking up on me, I told him I preferred much saltier flavors, but I blame that on my pregnancy.
All in all, it was around $17 for me and the buffet with a soda. I will be back with the hubbs one day.
