  • First a rather Interesting bar, brewery and restaurant that transports you back to north central Wisconsin. The restaurant section is full of great duck and Labrador Retriever prints. If you are a DU supporter, you'll feel right at home. The interesting twist is a microbrewery that is out of their main IPA! Shocked! WTH? And this resulted in a rating reduction. Settled for an initial pint of Red Hydrant to accompany a wonderful order of Wisconsin cheese curds. Neither disappointed. Maria ordered the Wisconsin Walleye and I selected the Mac and Cheese kicked up a notch with the Ghost Pepper Cheese. We ordered a family style Broccoli Salad for the table which was absolutely amazing. A smoky blend of broccoli, red cabbage, water chestnuts, cranberries, celery and sunflower seeds that was perfect!
