  • This center also rents an office several times a week at St. Rose & Seven Hills, which is the location I've gone to. My daughter needs inserts. She outgrew her old ones, so we went to Dr. Rossardi to get her new ones. These are NOT custom, because she's a child and grows too quick. I paid $75 for the inserts and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get them in and they will call. This was the first week of September. I have since then called at 5 weeks, asking the status. I was told it takes up to 8 weeks. Then I stopped by the office at 8 weeks and was told to call the manufacturer because "it's up to them". The number they gave me for Prolab wasn't a valid number. Now, we are in December with still no inserts and no explanation as to why we haven't received them. This office is absolutely ridiculous and am planning to call to request a refund. The last doctor I had (unfortunately changed insurance) gave me the inserts the same day, in the office. For something that is not custom made, this is not acceptable. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
